Prospective Students
The School of Social work offers a bachelor of science (B.S.) in social work and a master of social work (M.S.W.). Master’s students also may also enroll in SU's College of Law to earn a J.D./M.S.W ; or in the Maxwell School of Public Administration to earn an M.P.A./M.S.W.
Financial Aid and Scholarships

In addition to tuition scholarships, which are available from the Graduate School upon recommendation by the School of Social Work, a small number of graduate assistantships and named scholarships are also available from the school. Assistantships and other aid are awarded in the spring semester for the following academic year.
Graduate students also may receive financial assistance from field placement sites, some of which offer stipends, or from training grants that provide tuition support for students who are focused on specific social work fields. Some local agencies may offer remitted tuition; students working in such agencies should contact their employer for details.
