Mission

As an integral part of the College of Human Ecology at Syracuse University, the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management fosters professional, intellectual, and personal development:

Vision

The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management will be premier center for applied learning that prepares leaders and advances research, theory, and practice in fields related to food, nutrition, health, and hospitality management.
